Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms apply when you use this website, book a free trial, or enroll your child in Yash Cube Classes. By using the site or our classes, you agree to them.

About us

Yash Cube Classes ("YCC", "we", "us") runs live online Rubik's Cube classes for children, founded and led by Yash Chaudhary. "You" means the parent or guardian who uses the site or enrolls a child.

Who can enroll

Our classes are for children, so a parent or legal guardian must book the trial, enroll the child, and accept these terms. You confirm that the details you give us are accurate.

Free trial session

The free trial lets your child try a class with no cost or obligation. We'll contact you to schedule it. Trial slots depend on availability, and we may limit trials to one per child.

Enrollment, fees, and payment

  • We'll share course details, the schedule, fees, and payment terms before you enroll. Those details form part of your agreement with us.
  • Fees are payable in advance, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • We may change our fees for future courses, but never for a course you have already paid for.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

  • If your child can't attend a class, let us know in advance and we'll try to reschedule it or share a catch-up.
  • If we cancel a class, we'll reschedule it at a time that suits you or credit the class.
  • Refunds follow the policy we share with you at enrollment. For questions about a refund, contact us using the details below.

Online classes and conduct

Classes run live over video. To keep classes safe and useful for everyone, we ask that:

  • a parent or guardian is around during class, especially for younger children,
  • the child joins on time with a stable internet connection and a working cube,
  • students treat their coach and classmates with respect,
  • no one records, screenshots, or shares a class without our permission.

We may remove a student from a class, or end enrollment, after repeated disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Results

Cube training can help with focus, memory, and confidence, and we share real student stories on this site. Every child learns differently, though, and we can't guarantee a specific result, solve time, or competition outcome.

Our content

Our class material, videos, notes, and website content belong to YCC. Enrolled students can use them for their own learning. Please don't copy, resell, or publish them without our written permission.

Photos, videos, and testimonials

With your permission, we may share your child's achievements, photos, videos, or your feedback on our website and social media. You can withdraw that permission at any time and we'll remove the content from our channels. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Using this website

Please don't misuse the site. For example, don't submit false information or spam, or try to break or overload it. Links to other sites, such as YouTube, Instagram, or WhatsApp, are governed by those sites' own terms.

Limitation of liability

We teach every class with care, but we provide the website and classes "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a course is limited to the fees you paid for that course. We aren't responsible for losses caused by things outside our control, such as internet or power outages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don't affect a course you have already paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'd always rather sort out a concern directly, so please contact us first. Any dispute that can't be resolved that way will be handled by the courts of India.
